BC Early Hearing Program SharePoint Site
The BC Early Hearing Program (BCEHP), part of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), needed to organize a large amount of data and provide online tools that would make that data available to over 300 program members within and outside the PHSA. Spot Solutions developed a SharePoint site that could be accessed from within or outside the PHSA and that maintained the look and feel of other PHSA websites and online tools. We set up Communities of Practice to provide role-specific access to particular areas of the BCEHP site, ensuring users had access to the information they needed while maintaining rigorous security and confidentiality requirements. We also created a bulk email engine that allowed administrators to send personalized emails to a large group of people with a single action.
