5. Hire us to perform the Requirements Analysis ($2,000-20,000) .  We’ll examine your needs, interview you and possibly your users.  Then we'll describe very clearly in writing, the functionality to be provided to realize your goals.

6. Receive a Firm Price Quote for us to develop the solution;

7. Hire us to develop the software: – $15,000 to $500,000 (typical range of projects) at a fixed price, fixed scope and fixed schedule!.

8. We’ll develop the solution for you On Time & On Budget. – You are involved along the way.  You sign off on milestones at each stage. Few change orders because the project is properly defined in the Requirements Analysis.

9. We’ll test, extensively at each stage in addition to user acceptance testing.
